31 Oct 2018

A medical practitioner has been reprimanded for professional misconduct for purchasing pharmaceutical products in breach of conditions on his registration.

The Medical Board of Australia (the Board) referred Dr Daniel Mark Dawson Tucker, a medical practitioner with general registration, to the Health Practitioners Tribunal (the tribunal) in Tasmania for purchasing pharmaceutical products in breach of conditions on his registration.

The tribunal reprimanded Dr Tucker and maintained conditions previously imposed on his registration.

The tribunal’s decision is published on the website.
